  • Existing rotten secondary timber beam to be remove

  • Supporting the first floor bathroom before removal

  • Supporting external flank wall prior to removal of of existing timber beam

  • Accro props in place for structural supports

  • Newly rsj steel beam for internal lounge opening

  • Steel beam supports

  • Ensuring the new rsj steel beam is level

  • Welding the 300mm bearing plate to the external rsj steel beam

  • Sliding door opening steel beam installed with pad stones

  • Roof wall plate installed for rafter connections

  • Predrilling the wall plate to bolt on top of rsj steel beam

  • Wall plate installed ready for roof construction
