One day after the installation of the dimpled mesh structural water proofing membrane, this video illustrates the volumes of water ingress captured by the membrane.
The black strip at the base of the mebrane is installed to capture condensation running down the front of the vertical membrane. This also would be channelled into the basedrains below ground.
This water ingress is then channelled into the base drains below ground and evacuated under discplacement to the external soakaway outside the property.
This membrane was installed into a residential property located in Catford London
