Project Description
RSJ steel beam replacement due to a rotten existing Steel beam.
Existing beam became defective due to water ingress from a bathroom leak.
Team attended site to perform surgical operation to remove and replace RSJ Steel beam with 2 178x102x23 UB steel beams bolted together.
Beams fireproofed and complied with current Building Regulations.
